matt 7

just read the bible, today's agenda is matthew 7. here are some verses that slap me in my face:

"judge not, that you be not judged. for with what judgment you judge, you will be judge; and with the measure you use, it will be use measured back to you.... and why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?"

"Enter the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it."
>there is no "shortcuts" in Christianity. there is left or right, there narrow and wide. there is forward and backwards. and life is all about choices... which one do you pick? make sure you hear His voice, then make the right decision.


"A GOOD TREE CANNOT BEAR BAD FRUIT, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them."
>be productive, not consumptive. Find the your worth and not success! Let His glory shine out from you. Bow to His words, show your love..


"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in You name, and done many wonders in Your name? And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you who practice lawlessness!'"
>how is our priest robe? is it clean or not? are we dwelling in the puddle of mud?
